Perfect for 2, 4 or 6 people, villa La Casita is a fabulous St. Maarten oceanfront rental property on the Dutch side of St. Maarten. It is directly on the ocean with a very private 32' pool and sun deck on the ocean's edge featuring magnificent sunsets. La Casita is a fully air conditioned private home and offers three separate and comfortable bedrooms each with a bathroom. Burgeaux Bay, Maho Bay and Simpson Bay are the nearest beaches yet everything on the Island is only a short drive away.
Dine at any of St. Maarten's gourmet restaurants or La Casita has a fully equipped kitchen and charcoal grill. Choose the oceanfront vacation villa's indoor dinning room or eat el fresco overlooking the ocean under the covered dining atrium.
La Casita is elegantly and newly furnished with a mixture of rattan and island accessories. The vacation home has cable TV, DVD and VCR. Housekeeper provided 6 days per week except for government holidays.
