Aside from the many amenities included, this villa contains a heated pool, an open air and air conditioned fitness center, a tennis court, as well as a covered outdoor bar, billiards and dining areas.

The beautifully located ocean-side villa features 5 King size bedrooms each with full private baths. Included is a two-story master suite with a master bath, jacuzzi tub and two private balconies facing the pool & near-by ocean. The remaining interior spaces is equipped with a gourmet kitchen, a formal living room, a formal dining room (seating of 10), a casual outside dining area and a media room for your convenience.

The 4 bedroom garden-side villa features the "Jungle Room", which includes a king size bed and small living room. The "Palm Room" also includes a king size mahogany bed as well as a 2 bedroom suite with queen size beds. These 2 rooms share a beautifully decorated living room and a cozy dining room. A huge commercial-size catering kitchen is also provided.

Le Chateu des Palmiers also includes air conditioning in all rooms, an outdoor sound system and unlimited internet access. All bedrooms are conveniently equipped with their own DSS TV receiver & VCR. The media room and master bedroom also have DSS as well as satellite TV. Additional amenities include an on-site Chef and experienced security staff available along with a state-of-the-art security system.

LIVING / DINING: The luxuriously appointed living room and dining room recall the opulence and formality of a classic seaside villa in France. Terrace lounges and additional dining areas off the main foyer or on the second level balcony provide guests with more casual options.

STAFF: On-site management by an American couple with extensive backgrounds in high-level security, travel and personnel services. Local staff includes eleven housekeepers, four gardeners, an electrician/maintenance man and a gourmet chef.
