Description
Plum Beach Retreat is a very standard older West Indian style beach house located in the Terres Basses area on the French side of the island. The furnishings are very simple and basic and contemporary in style. An oversized living and dining area is adjacent to the kitchen. Stairs lead to the second floor which houses a very spacious master suite with king bed and private bathroom. Additionally, on the second level is a large screened in porch, accessed from the master bedroom or alternatively the top of the staircase. The porch has a small dining table and sitting area for relaxing. Adjacent to the living area are two additional bedrooms and one bathroom. A third full bathroom is located farther down the hall near the dining area. Just off the living area is a large covered terrace with dining and sitting areas overlooking the pool. The free form pool has a built in seat and umbrella for shade. Adjacent to the pool is the sundeck with loungers and dining tables. A few steps down from the pool deck, leads to Plum Bay Beach. The caretakers live in a cottage away from the main house. There are 2 dogs on the property.
