A fabulous new addition to our rental listings Villa de Art has a breathtaking view over Simpson Bay Lagoon. With 4 bedrooms and 4 baths the villa features beautiful outdoor terraces with 3 pools: one for the main villa, one for the master bedroom and a cascading one around the outdoor bar area. Air conditioned throughout, the villa has a sumptuous living area with large screen TV and a very spacious gourmet kitchen. Each of the luxurious bedrooms has an en-suite bath and the master also has it own terrace with Jacuzzi. The villa has water access to the lagoon and comes with a boat. There is also a tennis court on the property. Located within the gated community of Anse aux Acajoux in Terres Basses the villa is just minutes from St. Martin’s finest beaches.
